Meet Doctor Faisal Bukhari

“As a Medical Director it is always my goal to provide the very best of care for my patients and their loved ones both in term of cure and care.

Medical advice, medications, procedures and tests are all important for the mental and physical health but one thing that is also very important is home.  A home that can provide:  peace of mind, safety, caring people around, and the availability of a doctor 24/7.

I’m married with 3 children ages 22, 20 and 18 years of age.  I have been in medical practice for about 25 years.  I see patients in clinic, hospital, nursing home and assisted living centers.  My main focus is senior citizen care.

Green Gardens is home for you and your love ones.”

- Dr. Bukhari

Meet Joe Keller

Mr. Keller was raised in a small Midwestern farm community in Moultrie County around his Father’s trucking business.  Both parents are descendants of German immigrants and grew up on family farms in Richland County Illinois and Knox County Indiana.  The early days of trucking for his Father evolved from transporting melons from the Keller farm near Vincennes to markets in Chicago and Detroit.

After graduating from Bethany High School, Joe received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business in 1989 from Illinois College, a private liberal arts school located in Jacksonville, Illinois.  Next, he completed his MBA at Western Illinois University with a logistics minor in 1990.  Over the next several years he was employed in the valve, pump, and avionics industries with various positions in supply chain management and procurement.  It was at this point that he discovered an unfulfilled entrepreneurial desire to become a business owner.

In 1999, he moved his family back to Sullivan and joined the family trucking business as General Manager.  The company has since evolved from a “Mom & Pop” into a mid-sized truckload carrier conducting business with several Fortune 500 customers.  The company actively supports community programs like Rotary, United Way, Relay for Life, youth sports, and a school recycling program.

Mr. Keller is a past President and founding member of the Rotary Club of Sullivan (2001), and is a Paul Harris Fellow.  He has been married to his wife Michelle for 26 years with three children.  Family activities include theatre, sports, and video games.   Mr. Keller enjoys spending time with his family and his hobbies include international travel, motorcycling, reading, and listening to music.

The opportunity to offer memory care in 2019 was based on a personal experience with his Father-in-law.  He observed first-hand the unique challenges facing caregivers and the limits of traditional nursing homes with Dementia and Alzheimer’s.  These families need support and their loved ones deserve quality of life, which is what Green Gardens is all about.  Our staff is composed of great people who share an enormous depth for caregiving and stand ready to deliver on it every day.  Mr. Keller is a hands-on owner and will be working closely with the staff to be the best team they can be.
