Respite Care Program

Needing a break, taking a vacation, or attending events? Our Respite Care Program offers a safe and loving environment for overnight stays of up to 21 days allowing you the peace of mind of knowing they are being well cared for by our amazing team and becoming part of our Green Gardens’ family during their stay.

 

Respite Care Criteria:

  • 55 years or older

  • Meet the criteria for admission to Assisted Living/Shared Housing Establishment

  • Negative COVID-19 test

Services:

  • Meals and Snacks

  • Activities and Social Programs

  • Assistance with applicable ADL’s

  • Medication Administration

  • Room and Board
