Adult Day Care Program

Green Gardens is excited to provide Adult Day Care for your loved one. Our Adult Day Care offers socialization and activities throughout the day while allowing you the opportunity to run errands and relax. You can be assured your loved one is being well cared for in a safe and loving environment. They may attend up to 8 hours per day in this exciting new program. They will enjoy the same life-engaging activities as our full-time residents.

 

Adult Day Care Criteria:

  • 55 years or older

  • Meet the criteria for admission to Assisted Living/Shared Housing Establishment

  • Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination

 
 

Services:

  • Meals and Snacks

  • Activities and Social Programs

  • Assistance with applicable ADL’s 

  • Medication Administration
